I took my car in for an oil change, to find out and be told my rear seat bar was broke. They were unable to get the part that day and had to order it. My 2016 Nissan Murano had a plugged weephole drain from the sunroof. With the heavy rain we had been having my driver-side carpet was soaked. This had been an ongoing problem for about 3 years whenever it rained. The Parkway service department got me in the same day I called and fixed the problem. They were pleasant to work with and very helpful. Thank you to Manager Cory Jones for getting the problem taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Entire process was extremely easy. From trading my outback in, test driving a new pathfinder, and credit application. I really did not have to lift a finger. Jim was easy-going and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. The team at Parkway Nissan are friendly and it would be my first stop when looking for my next car.

My Rogue had to be towed to Parkway Nissan because a fuse had blown and locked the entire systems. They had it fixed and reset the systems in about 15 minutes according to my husband. Great job!!

After contacting several Nissan dealerships, Parkway was willing to give me a straight quote for a truck. No backend add-ons or services. Straightforward approach to selling vehicles and it is highly appreciated. I'm not sure when auto dealers became 'villains' looking to loot your bank account, but I don't feel like Parkway operates in that way. If you want a new vehicle (doesn't have to be a Nissan) get in touch with Mark Smith and see what he can do for you. Looking forward to meeting the service department when my truck is due in for maintenance. Thanks All.
